Common Questions

How far ahead should I book?

For international trips, 3–6 months is ideal for good prices and availability. That said, we've booked people on flights leaving tomorrow. It's just more expensive and stressful.

Do you charge a fee?

Yes. Some services are commission-based (airlines pay us, not you). For custom itineraries and complex planning, we charge a consultation fee. We'll quote you upfront—no surprises.

What if my plans change?

Depends what you booked. Flexible tickets cost more but let you change dates easily. Cheap tickets usually don't. We'll explain the trade-offs when we book so you know what you're getting.

Can you handle group trips?

Yep. Family reunions, corporate trips, friend groups—we do them regularly. Gets a bit complicated coordinating everyone, but that's literally our job.

Do I really need travel insurance?

For international trips? Yes. Medical bills overseas can bankrupt you. Trip cancellations happen. Insurance is boring but worth it. We'll get you proper coverage without overselling you stuff you don't need.

How complex of an itinerary can you handle?

Multiple countries, weird connections, specific requirements—we've done it all. The more complicated your trip, the more sense it makes to have someone who knows what they're doing handle it.
